1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Limousine Service Munich's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Limousine Service Munich provides luxury transportation services including:

  • Airport transfers
  • Corporate chauffeur services
  • Event transportation
  • Sightseeing tours
  • Hourly charters
  • Group transportation

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Required Information

  • Full name and contact information
  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Date and time of service
  • Number of passengers and luggage
  • Preferred vehicle type

3.3 Payment Terms

  • Credit card: Full payment at booking
  • Corporate accounts: Monthly billing (subject to approval)
  • Cash: Payment directly to the chauffeur

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours notice: No refund

4.2 No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.

4.3 Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times accordingly at no additional charge for reasonable delays.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Treat chauffeurs with respect
  • Wear seatbelts at all times
  • Not consume illegal substances in the vehicle
  • Not smoke in the vehicle
  • Keep the vehicle clean and damage-free

6. Liability

6.1 Our Liability

  • Injuries resulting from our negligence
  • Damage to passenger property in our care
  • Failure to provide confirmed services

6.2 Limitations

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Items left in the vehicle
  • Consequential or indirect damages

7. Chauffeur Authority

  • Refuse service to intoxicated passengers
  • Terminate service for inappropriate behavior
  • Determine the safest route

8. Vehicle Specifications

  • We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value
  • Change vehicles for safety or maintenance reasons

9. Additional Services

  • Child seats available upon request at no extra charge
  • Additional stops may incur extra charges
  • Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may be charged

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
