1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Munich Limousine Service ("Service," "we," "our," or "us") and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and our company.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Terms

2.1 Reservation Process

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful reservation
  • You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off information
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak seasons

2.2 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email. This confirmation will include:

  • Booking reference number
  • Service details (date, time, locations)
  • Vehicle type and chauffeur details
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Cancellation policy

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing Structure

  • Fixed Rates: Airport transfers and point-to-point services have fixed rates
  • Hourly Rates: Chauffeur services are charged per hour with minimum booking requirements
  • All-Inclusive: Our prices include VAT, chauffeur services, fuel, and vehicle insurance
  • Gratuities: Tips are not included but appreciated for exceptional service

3.2 Additional Charges

The following may incur additional fees:

  • Waiting time beyond the included grace period (15 minutes for airport pickups, 5 minutes for other services)
  • Route changes after booking confirmation
  • Cleaning fees for vehicle damage or excessive mess
  • Parking fees, tolls, and cross-border charges
  • Late-night surcharge (11 PM - 6 AM): 20%

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cash (EUR only)
  • Bank Transfer (for corporate accounts)
  • Corporate Billing (for registered corporate clients)

3.4 Payment Terms

  • Individual Clients: Payment due at time of service or upon booking
  • Corporate Clients: Net 30 days from invoice date (subject to credit approval)
  • Advance Payment: Required for bookings over €1,000
  • Late Payment: Interest of 1.5% per month may be charged on overdue invoices

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% charge (no refund)
  • No-show: 100% charge

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected].

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

  • Force majeure events (severe weather, natural disasters, strikes)
  • Vehicle breakdown (alternative vehicle will be provided when possible)
  • Safety concerns

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or rebooking option.

5. Service Terms

5.1 Chauffeur Conduct

Our chauffeurs will:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled pickups
  • Dress professionally in business attire
  • Assist with luggage handling
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Follow the safest and most efficient routes
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations

5.2 Vehicle Standards

  • All vehicles are less than 3 years old
  • Vehicles are professionally cleaned before each service
  • Regular maintenance and safety inspections
  • Climate control, WiFi, and bottled water provided
  • Child seats available upon request at no extra charge

5.3 Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate pickup information and contact details
  • Be ready at the designated pickup time
  • Respect the vehicle and chauffeur
  • Not smoke in the vehicle
  • Not consume illegal substances
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Report any issues immediately to our customer service
  • Comply with safety regulations (seatbelts, child seats)

6. Airport Transfers & Flight Delays

  • We track all flight arrivals in real-time
  • Chauffeur will adjust pickup time based on actual landing time
  • Complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes from actual landing for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights
  • Additional waiting time charged at €30 per 15 minutes
  • If flight is canceled, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees

7. Liability & Insurance

7.1 Insurance Coverage

All vehicles are comprehensively insured, including:

  • Passenger liability insurance (up to €10 million)
  • Vehicle damage insurance
  • Third-party liability insurance

7.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events
  • Missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Personal belongings left in vehicles (though we will make reasonable efforts to return them)
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

7.3 Client Liability

You are liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party, including but not limited to stains, burns, or excessive mess requiring professional cleaning.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any complaints:

  • Report issues immediately to our customer service: +49 123 456 789
  • Written complaints should be submitted within 48 hours of service to [email protected]
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation before legal action

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). By using our services, you consent to such processing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Munich Limousine Service regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
